We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ergostyled purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used chair cushions and fabric items unless defective.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items (continental US)
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or model? We offer free exchanges within 30 days for items of equal value.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

International Returns

Customers outside the continental US are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

White Glove Delivery Items: For large furniture delivered with our white glove service, please note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us immediately if you discover concealed damage after delivery.
