Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays):

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
• You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
• These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery
• Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take great care in packaging your items, if your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
3. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

For lost packages, please allow 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

Shipping Restrictions

Some restrictions apply to certain products:

• White Glove delivery is required for all desks and large furniture
• Some chair models cannot be shipped to international destinations
• Custom or made-to-order items have longer processing times (we'll notify you)
